1. Order Processing & Payments

Payment Methods Accepted:

  • PayFast (online via website)

  • EFT/Bank Transfer (Instant EFT supported)

  • Cash (local pickup orders only)

EFT Payments:

  • Use your order number as the reference.

  • Email proof of payment to info@toomuchlove.co.za.

  • Orders are processed only once payment reflects in our account.

  • Standard EFT: Allow up to 48 hours for payment clearance.

  • Instant EFT: Orders are processed immediately upon confirmation.

  • Proof of Payment (POP):

Cancellations:

  • Cutoff: Requests must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation.

  • After Dispatch: No cancellations permitted; returns must follow Section 3.

Order Confirmation:

  • No order is confirmed or dispatched until payment is verified.


2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Areas Served: South Africa only (no international shipping).

  • Courier Options:

    • Standard: Courier Guy (R100 flat fee).

    • Alternative couriers available upon request (quoted separately).

  • Dispatch Times:

    • Processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

    • Dispatches occur Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Local Pickup: Available in Primrose, Germiston (by arrangement).

  • International Orders: Currently not available. Customers will be notified if this policy changes.

  • Bundles & Promotions:

    • Bundle discounts are valid only as advertised on:

      • WhatsApp catalogue (limited-time offers)

      • Facebook/website (if specified).

    • Discounts auto-void if bundle components are returned separately.


3. Returns & Refunds

Return Process & Costs

  • Customer Responsibility:

    • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

    • Package items securely to prevent transit damage (unwanted items received damaged may affect refund eligibility).

Refund Timeline & Criteria

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refund Amount Determined By:

    • Product condition upon arrival (must match original state as shipped).

    • The company’s assessment of packaging integrity and product usability.

Eligibility Requirements
✓ Unused, in original packaging with unbroken seals.
✓ Undamaged (no wear, stains, or alterations).
✓ Bundled items returned together (if applicable).

Non-Refundable Items

  • Courier fees (outbound and return).

  • Opened/used products.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp (076 264 8821) or email info@toomuchlove.co.za for authorisation.

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Photos of product/packaging (if claiming damage)

  3. Ship to: 74 Violet Road, Primrose, Germiston, 1401


4. Privacy & Data

  • Data Use: Contact details stored only for order processing.


5. Stock & Pre-Orders

  • Out-of-Stock Items:

    • Pre-orders allowed (10-business-day lead time for restocking).

    • You’ll receive updates via email/WhatsApp.

  • Discounts & Promotions:

    • Sales/coupons are time-bound (no extensions).

    • Current promo codes are advertised on our Facebook page.


6. General Policies

  • Order Modifications:

    • Changes/cancellations must be requested before dispatch.

    • Weekend/holiday requests are processed the next business day.

  • Damaged Orders:

    • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with:

      • Order number

      • Clear photos of damaged packaging AND products

      • Shipping address confirmation

    • Late reports: Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be eligible for replacement/refund.

    • Replacement/refund subject to investigation of provided evidence.

  • Samples: Not available at this time.

  • Product Info:

    • Proudly made in South Africa.

    • Hypoallergenic formulations.
